Positive Developments

Real Changes is part of Real Projects UK, a non-for profit organisation in the East Midlands.

This Project Includes:

• Serving the community,
• helping mentor Youth,
• (PEI) Prevention & Early Intervention,
• resettle & reform Ex-Prisoners,
• Recovery Work for Substance Misusers (Alcohol & Drugs), and Addiction (all forms) Counselling.

This allows disadvantaged communities re-engage with society, build trust, improve quality of life and be seen without being discriminated.

Through its provisions, Real Changes seeks to address issues impacting the community including:

• anti-social behaviour,
• racism,
• criminality
• gang related violence,
• substance misuse, unemployment
• and lack of training and employment opportunities.

It also places strong emphasis on the health and social welfare of the community/individuals.

Real Changes works with ordinary people helping them realise and do extraordinary things.
