Positive Developments

Real Changes is part of Real Projects UK, a non-for profit organisation in the East Midlands.

This Project Includes:

• Serving the community 
• Coaching & Mentoring Youth
• (PEI) Prevention & Early Intervention
• In-Prison support
• Resettle & Reform Ex-Prisoners
• Recovery Work for Substance Misusers (Alcohol & Drugs), and other Addictions (all forms) through Counselling, Coaching & Mentoring support

This allows disadvantaged communities re-engage with society, build trust, improve quality of life and be seen without being discriminated.

Through its provisions, Real Changes seeks to address issues impacting the community including:

• anti-social behaviour
• racism
• criminality
• gang related violence
• substance misuse 
• unemployment
• lack of training and employment opportunities

It also places strong emphasis on the health and social welfare of the community/individuals.

Real Changes works with ordinary people helping them realise and do extraordinary things.
